Trying to figure out which is better this one or the one with the Robin & the worm posted May 5th.

I agree with Michelle about the composition being much better on this one... but, boy, do I like that bird fighting the worm! :)

This is definitely the stronger composition, but the other one is fun. From your exif you have taken this at quite a high ISO. There's no grain apparent, so that says good things about the camera

You should try and get down to the ground when using a F stop as high as f5.6. At F5.6 you dont have the separation from the subject and background if you are not really close to the subject. To get around this if you get down really low and take the photo it will stretch the image out and the subject will jump off the page.
