I've been dieting since the beginning of the year. I know it's working since some clothes are too big and others fit loose. This is one of the meal replacement shakes I have on occasion (other days it's salad).
I buy a protein shake package and use 1/2 of it (so I can have 2 from 1 pkg), add crushed ice, and other various ingredients such as (but not all of these at once) 1 teas pudding, cocoa, peanut butter, 1/2 banana, vanilla extract. The whole pkg is 200 calories so it's 100 calories when I split it plus the ingredients.
I get full and feel like I'm eating a chocolate shake. For me it's really not about feeling full it's about satisfying my sweet tooth!
@httpgeffed I never heard of fitness pal, I will have to check that out. If it is too slow I get discouraged and give up. I know your not suppose to lose weight fast but in the beginning I have to, then I can go at it slower after I've had a jump motivational start
