Fire and Ice

A candle in the snow for theme-extremes.Waited for just after sunset and "planted" the candle in the snow.Then got down in the snow to take the image ....and of course my neighbor walks past with her dog.Never misses a beat.She just yells hello.Guess there is not much left I can do that would surprise them.

Your neighbour has you taped! LOL. One day while I was on my stomach photographing a wild orchid on the side of the road another car skidded to a halt, and the driver got out saying, " I knew it would be you, Ethel Perry"! She happened to be another orchid enthusiast so it was fun all round. I like this image and the care you took capturing it.
