"I never travel without my diary. One should always have something sensational to read in the train."
~Oscar Wilde
There is nothing sensational in my journal but I always take it with me when I travel.I liked how the light struck it today, so I decided to use an image of it for the ETSOOI-theme Light challenge.
I loved Wilde's overt lack of modesty, such as "I have nothing to declare but my genius" allegedly said when passing through Customs control in New York.
I too carry an aide-memoire at all times, in the form of a digital camera to produce an image upon which a word or words can be hung, as you have done so effectively here.
I like the brocade cover of your journal. You’ve presented it beautifully.
I used to keep a journal when I was younger, but have since dropped that habit. I really like how Arthur described our new journaling habits above. :-) @wordpixman

I always used to write a journal but stopped when I started my PHD, maybe something I can do again - yay!
