@kali66 that is from his time as a feral.He was part of the " Trap,Neuter and Release". Program.Before releasing cats back into their wild colonies the vet marks them as already being neutered by clipping their ear.They thought he would always be an outdoor cat untill he got really bad head wound .They head wound seemed to calm him down and he was deemed too nice to be returned.
