good photo, I am your get-pushed partner this week - in looking through your album I notices that you had one moon photo and with the Wolf Full Moon this week, I would like you to take another. In a discussion last year http://365project.org/discuss/general/18299/moon-shots-help the advice given by Alexis Birkill @abirkill is about the best I have ever read on the subject - actually all of Alexis advice is excellent
@hjbenson hi Harry..sorry I am so late...you have a beautiful project...how about a high contrast black and white that tells something unique about you? Let me know if that works and good luck!
I really like this picture! I'm working on getting more comfortable with lots of negative space and this is a great example. Is it really "100% cotton"?
I hope you don't mind my asking, but is there a specific reason that you didn't use a lower ISO and shutter speed combination? I'm only asking because it seems that you could have gotten the same image with a MUCH slower shutter speed while eliminating some of the ISO induced noise.
@twobicycles hi Carl...it is actually a wild clematis!:). I typically shoot with 800 ISO under exposed because yep that's what I like..this is noisy..I think when I processed it I created that. If you look at Pom from the day before..it is much clearer and is actually the same location...pretty much the same settings but much clearer ...less processing...the negative space you see is a river:)...and u r right I could have!:). Thanks so much!
