Went on another walk this morning. This was the view from the top, I love all the different blues and think the mist sort of makes it better? Idk, anyway, I quite like it xD There's some really gorgeous landscapes here! Then we found a river and the rest of my family swam in it (although my youngest brother didn't go all the way in) then we went to find the covered bridges but it began storming so we decided to go tomorrow! It's been storming all night, it's pretty cool, lots of lighting, thunder and heavy rain! (Though not so great when outside :P)
I love the way the thunder rumbles in the mountains and I also like the blues of the mountains and valleys. You will truly enjoy seeing the covered bridges tomorrow.

Beautiful shot! My memories of the USA included the sheer vastness of the landscape. No wonder they called it the "big country" thanks for bringing back some fond memories of a beautiful landscape..
What a wonderful vacation this has been, to see the heart of NYC, and then to get out into the mountains of Vermont! Do you plan to out together a scrapbook or photo book of your travels when you return? Seems it would be a wonderful memory for a long time. This is another of your lovely pictures!
