I got some new paints today (including two new interference paints eee) and I'm in love. They work so well with toilet roll textures. I also went to visit a kitten with Kate because she needs a sibling for her cat and she was sososo cute and we're hopefully bringing her home to Kate's at the weekend!
It's so nice to have some sun. We even opened the windows in my car earlier. All the daffodils everywhere are beautiful, too.
I'm really struggling with everything. I'm trying so hard to do everything I can. My mood is just so flat and I don't know when this will end. I'm struggling with intake of any kind. I have a headache and felt really really poorly and shaky earlier but foodstuff just feels impossible. My head is legit trying to kill me. I'm also so sad and fed up with the way services in my area are treating people. I was really angry yesterday but I have no rage today, I just feel sad and resigned to it all. I feel like people are going to die and that's scary and horrible but I feel helpless as to what to do because I don't have the money to fix services. I know it's not my job to fix them I just wish I didn't have to watch my friends lose hope and see the light in their eyes disappear.
(One day, my camera will be fixed, and you might get a non-journal picture!)
Look much to the painting the ``Skrik`` by the Norge painter.Edvard Munch. He had a simmilar disease as you have. Pleace take care you are not constantly swimming in the pool of sadness and dispair. Sometimes you `ve to go out, even if it is only for a few minutes the first times. If you are able to do this it will be a start to more.
