So today's big news is... I'm allowed back to work for 2 hours per week plus maybe some work from home hours!!!
My GP and I have come to the agreement that I will eat before work, drive there, and not purge. She also went through my journal - on the purple page of stuff health professionals say she asked if there were her words there and I was just sort of like um yes but also L's, A's, J's and N's! And on the page with all the writing from a few days ago, she said I should do something with it because it gave real insight.
Going back to work is super exciting. When I got signed off at the end of November, I never thought I'd be off this long (I mean i couldn't picture beind alive this long but yeah). Every day I do so many things to try and help myself and it can often feel like I'm getting nowhere. But even though things aren't great, they are better than they were (when I went off, the depression was so bad that I could hardly walk or talk).
LOve your work, you will beat the depression. Decide to eat one bite at a time. One step at a time. You are already way ahead, you work your art every day and you are doing. a ton of things. You have many mums watching over you.

I'm slowly going mad with the inactivity but as I am a crafter [for over 30 years] so I am managing to find plenty to keep my mind occupied. At the moment the place looks as if a bomb has dropped on it!!
