I finally finished this cross stitch and framed it and hung it up today!
I’m feeling really happy/proud of myself tonight. It’s been A Week. But I’ve coped! And more importantly, I’ve proven to myself that I now respect myself enough to stand up for myself and use my voice, rather than letting people try and squash me down. Things don’t always go my way, but what matters is that even if people disagree (which is okay!), my voice is heard, and if I don’t feel like that’s happening then I need to respect myself enough to (appropriately!) make that happen.
