Went to the opticians last week for the first time in years. I have discovered I'm a bit short sighted (which is probably mental health medication related -.-). Need to get used to wearing these now!
@kali66 Thank you - I've been really struggling to be honest. Had 3 hospital admissions for overdoing it on the tea and squash. Meds have all changed. Mood is v low. Support is a bit of a mess. Weight is dropping. I'm doing my best but struggling x
you are a trooper, unfathomable for me to quite understand how you keep going, but i am glad you do, all i can say is i care, and hope that helps somehow.
