Have to relay my little story... Bear in mind that I'm a largish, mid-50s-aged woman. I wasn't watching where I was going at one point because I was taking photos. I took a step back and my legs hit against a old, low-edged cement water trough (no water in it). I fell flat on my back with my legs sticking straight up in the air! It was like something out of a slapstick comedy film. I had my camera in one hand and an extendable dog lead in the other so couldn't even get back up again. There were loads of campers nearby who probably had a good laugh at my expense... but no-one rushed to my aid!!! Really suffered for my art! ππ
Oh how embarrassing Nick, all you want to do,is look round to see if anyone's seen you! I had to think back & check your past photos as the person I thought I had met didn't match your discretion at all. I certainly didn't think you were anywhere near that age! You don't look it!
Oh no, the things we do to get a photo, sometimes we are so engrossed in the shot we don't see where we are walking. The things we do for 365. Hope you aren't bruised.
@kiwinanna@amyk@francisperezs@agedrunner@julzmaioro@dide@happypat@fbailey@suzanne234@888rachel@rickster549@onewing Thank you all for your lovely comments on my pic and for your concern about my fall. It must have looked really comical and I did get a fit of the giggles as I was lying there with my legs in the air! I just ended up with a cut elbow and a bruised ego! I tried to walk away very nonchalantly taking photos as I went! @fbailey How funny - did you get up very quickly to reassure him :)
And @happypat you are very kind :)
