This entire school year, our high school has attempted to host its performing arts shows outside the front entrance of the school. Tonight was the Improv show. It is the last high school performance for the graduating seniors. Sadly, an impending thunderstorm caused the show to be stopped after only two skits being presented. On one side was the setting sun. On the other were menacing storm clouds complete with thunder and lightning.
In the grand scheme of life, a cancelled show is little. However, my heart still hurts for our kids.
