it's world penguin day, so i decided to celebrate by trying to shoot a balanced accidental renaissance shot for week 17 of the Dogwood challenge...
given that this is neither accidental, nor particularly balanced, nor is it in any way reminiscent of the renaissance style (other than the obvious clutter), we can consider this an epic fail and move on... yes?
the lighting is very cool and a great way to celebrate world penguin day.
I was hoping that busy stations and crowd scenes would give me an opportunity, but mostly the people I saw were standing looking at the display boards and standing in front of them was likely to get me trampled by the rush to the platform gates when a train was announced as loading.
Oh, but penguin does look a bit grumpy -- and considering that we have seen him in many of your photos I'm intrigued that you were able to express his unhappiness at your "fail" labeling.
