the taxi, the hydrant and the stegasaurus...

uhmmm... can anyone figure out what the heck is in the left side of the frame? i don't remember there being anything in the vicinity with those spikes!!

up until a couple weeks ago i used to just shoot on f/5.6 unless there was a specific reason why not... following recent a discussion thread, i switched to f/10... as long as the light is good and i remember to hold the camera steady (duh), i've generally liked the results... i've particularly liked the motion blur effect... but the spiky thing has my stumped!

photo in main album has good example of motion blur effect...

I think it is one of those deadly stegasaurus that disappears when you look at it - unless it's on a photo - then it creates a lot of comments!

Was it a pattern on something that moved... take any pictures just before or after this one?

@binny nothing in this series before... several after, but not same composition and nothing in the frames helps... so just plain wierd!

Weird. It looks like there might be a similarly shaped reflection in the cab window but I have no idea.

Priceless. . .I see the arm, too, but how enchanting that you have a ghost in your shot!

Maybe it really is a stegosaurus? ;)

I think it is the teeth of the monster that is reflected just above the wheel arch!

Like it! A speeding stegasaurus on a bike?
