Lunching in colour... by northy

Lunching in colour...

Trying to squeak this in for "get pushed"... Jeff (@jsw0109) challenged me to "capture something on the street with bold colors"...

not on the street - but it's a candid "slice of life"... the quality is poor as it's a tight crop from an image with a high ISO due to crappy light... had i thought about it, i would have zoomed in and the quality would have been better... but i had been aiming for a wider angle and having more in the scene...

this is the kind of thing that i would be inclined to convert to black and white - partly "just because", and partly because i would be thinking i could get away with the noise in bw better than in colour...

A sun/waterscape shot from this morning in my main album:

@jsw0109 - crap quality, but any closer to what you had in mind?

great mirror, and the blur of the waitress is very atmospheric. This definitely works in color. I think it would be great in black and white too.
