Hengselva steinhvelvbru (Heng River vault bridge), is one of the largest stone vault bridges in Norway. Built in 1917 and has a main span of 30 metres.
I planned a 15 minute break here to capture the scene of the farm and the bridge. I first used my Tamron 16-300mm to compose the image, and saw that I was at about 50mm, so I changed to my nifty fifty, but as I was changing the lens, the northbound train crossed the bridge. I was silently swearing over this missed opportunity. Anyhow, I took my pictures, returned back to my bus. I started to drive, and as I passed the scene again, the southbound train passed. I shouted oh, nooo!
I didn't plan to include the train, but missing it twice was just too much!
At some later point I need to go there again, and get the schedule for the train so that I can plan accordingly :)
