Hey, they've got a band!

Intended taking a sunset photo from Mt Dandenong tonight, but it took so long to be served our meal at the pub that we missed the sunset.
This photo I took yesterday afternoon in Geelong on our way to Queenscliffe.

@joluise I believe so. My daughter Deb reckons they are. There are lots of statues along the foreshore in Geelong.

@steampowered Carefull! My husband was in the RAF and RAAF. He was an elecronics engineer though not a bandsman. Glad it brightened up your day. It brightened up ours too. Much needed.

@onewing That's OK. My dear old Dad was an armourer in the RAF, I have worked alongside the Navy and my wife works alongside all armed forces over here.

Babs those bollards are fabulous, there are over a 100 of them along the waterfront, and were originally done by Jan Mitchells out of pylons from Yarra Street Pier. I fell in love with them when I was travelling.

@gamelee Thanks Lee. There are over 100 of the sculptures I believe. Next time we are down there I will check them out. this trip wasn't a pleasure trip. We just happened to be passing on our way to Queenscliffe.
