Marina at night

I took this photo last night at the marina in Nelson Bay on our way to the restaurant for Nicki's birthday bash.

It was a good night. Of course ate too much so I guess it will be soup for dinner tonight.

I took this from one of the balconies of the shops/restaurants at the marina and because the light from the building reflected on the water it made it look like black glass which was amazing. It was such a still, warm night too. not bad for winter.

@eyesmile Thanks Gena. I just loved how black the water and sky looked, the water was like glass. Yes I did enjoy the soup. Had a few soup nights lately. Friday we went to see Much Ado About Nothing and had a meal out beforehand, so soup on Saturday, then Sunday was the birthday party and soup and fruit on Monday, Tuesday we were out for Niclki's birthday so soup and fruit on Wednesday too.
