I always post a people photo on a Friday and today's people picture is of a chap who I believe is called Mervin and he regularly feeds the birds near the Museum of Contemporary Art in Sydney. I believe @elaine55 has taken a photo of him last year too.
He is a very popular chap with the gulls and has got quite a following.
PS Thanks so much to everyone who commented on my juvenile koel a couple of days ago. It got on the Popular Page. I can't believe that, my photos don't usually appear on there!!!
@ourrube Thanks Ruby @helenmichelled Thanks Helen. He is very popular. @mcmary Thanks Mary. Once he arrived birds came from everywhere. @tryingforsighs thanks Rachel. I was just lucky with this shot I think. @steampowered Thanks Paul. He obviously doesn't mind being dropped on, he is a regular visitor. Hope you are feeling better now. @joeyc Thanks Joey. @beryl Thanks Beryl. He probably did leave a present, he regularly feeds the gulls here, so I reckon it would be inevitible. @heidihp Thanks Heidi. He regularly feeds the birds here so I guess he has learnt to put a hat on!! @hermann Thanks Sally. @mercuria Thanks Ariel. He probably learnt the hard way to put a hat on. @jennyheath Thanks Jenny. It made him smile too. He had quite a collection of birds. You know how pushy seagulls can be!!
@cathy366 Thanks Cathy. I am getting really good these days at asking people if I can take their photo. although with this one I took the photo first and then asked him if he was okay with that. He was a lovely chap and feeds the birds regularly I believe.
