I woke up this morning not feeling too good, with a splitting headache and a bit of a temperature so this a picture which I took a couple of days ago at Little Beach in Nelson Bay.

Cyclone Ita was no where near us. We are in the middle of the outback..lol. But we are glad that we left Cairns 2 weeks ago.
Looks quite peaceful yet busy! So many, not only people fishing but pelicans as well! Hope your feeling better soon Babs and can get out to take more wonderful shots! :)
@gamelee Thanks Lee. This shot is taken at Little Beach in Nelson Bay and just by the jetty is a boat ramp and a spot for the local fishermen to gut their fish. consequently there are always lots of pelican's in the area waiting for the throw away bits. Feeling a bit better today thanks.
@kathiecb Ha ha. The pelicans were just paddling up and down in the same area as they were waiting for the fishing boats to come in so that they could get the off cuts! There are lots of pelicans at Little Beach.

Thanks so much. Group reply again I am afraid. Feeling a bit better today and the headache has gone, but now got a rash under my skin which is itching like hell. Feels like an allergy to something but God knows what. Going to have a lazy day today checking out all your photos.
