A bit late for the tarp

While David and I were out yesterday we came across this boat on someone’s property. I had to stop and take a photo, but can’t help feeling that the owners have left it a bit late to carefully cover it with a tarpaulin. I thought it would be ideal for the 31 days of rust theme.

That is quite a bit of rust although I guess they want to protect what they have managed to salvage as the tantalising glimpse through the tarp appears to show it's in better condition under there.

It definitely looks like somebody's project. I go past thee from time to time on my way to Birubi, so I will have to keep an eye on it and see if it ever gets beyond the stage of being a garden sculpture.
