Seaweed

I just love how clear the water is where I live.

I took this photo at the marina and it took a while to get this shot because I didn't want any fish in the picture. I just wanted to show the seaweed and the ripples on the water.

How wonderful to have such clear water that you can see through it. Rivers around here always carry lots of mud down from further upstream so just mud coloured.

Wow! Amazingly clear water. Looks so beautiful and inviting. I can just imagine the frustration of trying to not get a fish in shot. You would almost need a fake shark or bird to scare them away for a bit. :)

We are very lucky here to have such a clear ocean. It is very popular for scuba diving and snorkelling. A friend of ours does a lot of underwater photography and his photos are stunning. This was taken by just pointing the camera downwards and I wanted to see how clear it would be without a filter. I think I got my answer.
