Red White and Blue

Thanks so much to everyone for your encouraging comments yesterday.

Last night was photo club evening and we had a workshop where we could select various props and lights and take photos of the items. As you can see I took various photos of this mask lit with coloured torches.

I have had a lovey 'me time' day today. A group of friends and I have a regular 'girlie lunch' and today was one of those lunches.

It has been a beautiful day with glorious sunshine and good company and a lovely lunch was just what I needed.

I am glad we had our girlie lunch on Wednesday because today the temperature has been 40 degrees c (104 f). a cool change has just come through though so we have got some relief this evening.
I can thank David for the lighting. He brought along a red torch and a blue torch to the photo club evening just in case they came in handy and indeed they did.
