I've been a bit out of action again today, but slowly beginning to feel better.
I spotted this grubby looking sign, a few weeks ago, propped up against a fence and wondered where the camera could be, or what the sign actually meant. Then I had the idea that maybe it meant you were being given permission to take dirty pictures. ha ha
Looking at the bare patch on the ground it was lying on the floor before (Clouseau Magpie). Perhaps you can stand here to take your dirty pictures, or a camera point.
I think that is exactly what it is Babs! I can't begin to imagine where the camera is but a very simple sign saying exactly what it is. Hope you feel better soon.

Careful Babs, beware the Thought Police, they're watching you. So glad to hear you're on the mend. The reason for this sign being where it is is probably much the same as the 'Free WiFi' sign I found in the middle of the jungle on one of the small islands in the Philippines.
