Words of Wisdom

A bit late posting tonight as a group of us have had a lovely afternoon at a friends house.

I saw these words on a Buddhist stall at the market a couple of weeks ago.

PS After my last couple of days postings and the replies I got I think this applies to quite a lot of us on 365. I am sure it will ring a lot of bells.
