Roof Garden

Absolutely beautiful weather today after our great storms. Not bad for winter at all.

I had to go into Nelson Bay today for a medical appointment and also renew my driving licence, so decided to take my camera with me and take a few shots.

I pass this building on a regular basis and never really noticed the roof garden until today.

@pcoulson Thanks Peter and yes my new licence was issued OK. We have to renew them every 5 years and because I have always had a clean licence with no demerit points I got my new licence for half price.

Not bad for a winters day, temperature around 21 degrees C (70 f). the good thing about winter in Australia it isn't winter every day.
These units are holiday lets and have a fabulous view of the bay.

@onewing That's nice to hear, looks like it pays to be a good driver in Oz, over here you only renew your driving licence for your 70th birthday then every 3 years after all free of charge:)
