It has been a long day today. We were out with the walking group this morning, then out for lunch and I was intending having a quiet late afternoon, but when we got home something cropped up and we had to drive to Newcastle. Only just got home.
Thanks so much again for the amazing response to yesterday's pelican photo. He was in a prime position on the breakwater next to the men fishing and ready to catch any throw away fish. Sorry I can't reply individually, but I want to catch up with photos this evening.
This bunch of pelicans were in the water by the breakwater and didn't fare so well with throw away bits of fish, too much competition. There were another three pelicans just out of the picture here but I couldn't get them all in this photo.
Great capture Babs well spotted, like Julie as soon as it opened up it reminded me of a group of synchronised swimmers waiting for the music to start their routine, lol:)
