Dunny - Past It's Use By Date

Here is the dunny (outside toilet) next to the house I posted a photo of yesterday.

For some reason I don't think it is in use any more. We had a huge storm a few weeks ago and it looks even more rickety than it used to.
Yep, I suspect you're right about it's current usefulness!

Oh dear, time for a new one
December 15th, 2017
Doesn't look very private!
December 15th, 2017
UH Oh! Gone are the days!!
December 15th, 2017
Haha - the not so convenient public conveniences!
December 15th, 2017
Ooh my !!! no good for man or beast !! ha ha !!
December 15th, 2017
No, still usable. Loo with a view and good air flow.😁

Oh,My......Don't shift that old tank......
December 15th, 2017
Ha ha Babs, these old dunnys are such great experiences specially the long drop ones!
December 15th, 2017
Certainly seen better days :)

Yes, for some reason, it doesn't seem to be in use any more, haha. There isn't a toilet in there any longer either, it seems. Love this shot.

Junk.
December 15th, 2017
Well and truly seen better days. Great shot.

Neat shapes, textures, light
December 15th, 2017
Fabulous shot
December 15th, 2017
Not much privacy in that one. I suspect that it's being held up by the tank :)
December 15th, 2017
What a great find and a great shot. Love it.
December 15th, 2017
Great find
December 15th, 2017

December 15th, 2017
It's definitely seen better days.
December 15th, 2017
Thank goodness for modern plumbing!
December 15th, 2017
Not the most private convenience Babs but love the composition, tones and texture:)
December 15th, 2017
Need to be cleaned up. ( after taken the nice pic. you`ve already made of it.)
December 15th, 2017
It coordinates well with the cottage :)
December 15th, 2017
A powerful wind blew through there. LOL
December 15th, 2017
Haha! Well caught! 😀
December 15th, 2017
There is some sort of intimacy between them.
December 16th, 2017
Great find. Certainly seems to go with the house.

@taffy @kjarn @rjb71 @777margo @lyndamcg @beryl @365projectorgjenfurj @happysnaps @happypat @hermann @sangwann @peterday @littleconnie @seattlite @ludwigsdiana @merrelyn @mittens @carolmw @tremerryn @pistache @susiemc @fbailey @pcoulson @pyrrhula @suzanne234 @kathiecb @peadar @yaorenliu @henrir Thanks. I think it is just kept now for nostalgic reasons. No privacy here as it is overlooked by a dual carriageway. Sorry for the late reply. I will be a bit absent the next few days. We have friends arriving for a couple of days en route to New Zealand. They should have arrived yesterday but their flight was delayed due to the icy conditions in the UK and they missed their connection in Dubai. Fingers crossed they should arrive this afternoon.

Great capture!
December 16th, 2017
I'm pretty sure it would not be appealing to quite a few people- unless you're claustrophobic and enjoy a lot of "air conditioning"!
December 16th, 2017
A little too al fresco for me!
December 16th, 2017
Gives a whole new meaning to the old curse ‘may your chooks turn into emus and kick down your dunny door’.
December 16th, 2017
Dunny is a new word for me... no end to what I can learn on 365! We call them outhouses.
December 16th, 2017
I think you may be right about that! I looks well past it’s use by. Lol
