Thanks so much for your lovely comments and favs on yesterday's light painting photo. I suspect that there will be lots of bicycles missing a wheel in the near future as people make a light painting dome.
Today's light painting shot is easier to make. It is just LED fairy lights taped to a 2 ft piece of wood.
I will be a bit absent this evening as we have got a friend coming for dinner.
David has been tracing his friend's family history and he is coming here this evening to see what information he has collected so far.
Wonderful resulting image Babs, not found a small wheel yet may have to take one out Jenny's bike they are smaller than mine and it does not get used that often this time of year, lol:)
@quietpurplehaze Thanks Hazel, we had a lovely evening and our pal was really pleased with what David found out about his family history. a few rogues in his history which he loved hearing about. ha ha.
A friend researched my family history. We found some sad little stories, and that most of my family were agricultural labourers in a small area of Suffolk but two generations on my dad's side were thatchers. I am definitely of peasant stock!
@golftragic No bicycle wheels were stolen for this shot, the LED lights are taped to a piece of wood about 2 ft long and 2 inches wide. The wheel in the other photo was bought from the recycle shed. Lights came from China I think.
Another great capture of your light painting effort.
@inthecloud5 Not a lot different to the wheel, but finding the wheel in the first place is probably the most difficult bit.
@pcoulson Oh dear I hope you don't have to dismantle Jenny's bike. We got our wheel from the recycle shed at the tip. I think it is a 20" wheel.
