Sand Bubbler Crab Pellets

Wow, first of all, two huge thank you's, first for the amazing response to yesterdays 'Beach Ball' crystal ball photo and for putting it on the PP and also for putting 'Scraggy' on the TT. I will have to feed him some extra mince when he turns up next to thank him for being a perfect model and for putting up with the shower from the hose pipe.

Today's photo was taken a few nights ago while I was walking on the beach. I came across these sand bubbler crab pellets on the sand just after high tide and thought it looked like a map of Australia.

I have attached a link on youtube to show you sand bubbler crabs in action if you are interested.

There aren't too many on our beach, but I did see two interesting patterns made by the crabs and I will post my other photo tomorrow.

Ha before I read your commentry I was going to say it looks like a map of Australia ... great find...
