Nobby's Lighthouse

Another photo from our day out in Newcastle and Lake Macquarie on Wednesday.

This photo of Nobby's lighthouse and the dredger, the David Allan, was taken from Fort Scratchley.

The David Allan operates 12 hours a day 7 days a week dredging the commercial shipping channel in Newcastle harbour.

It was a very hot, hazy day (31 degree c). We have had temperatures in the low 30's C all week. So warm for Autumn.
