The Walkers

Finally it has stopped raining and today we have been out with our walking group. The walk was at Stockton in Newcastle and was followed by a leisurely lunch at a local pub.

This only a few of our walkers, altogether I think there were about 30 of us.

As you can see the sun shone and the temperature was around 19 degrees C.

The good thing about Australia is that even in winter we don't have winter weather every day.

I believe we have more rain on the way, but at least we have had a break and today has been beautiful.
