End of a Beautiful Day

Yesterday we went to Tocal Homestead at Paterson and then on for an early dinner at Paterson Tavern with friends.

I have only just got chance to look at yesterday's photos so am starting with the last photo taken on the day.

As we were almost home we passed the waterfront just in time for sunset and this is the photo I got. Not a bad end to a beautiful day.

It was one of those spur of the moment shots as we were driving home from our day out at Tocal yesterday. It just happened that as we turned the corner to our home we saw the beautiful sunset and had to stop to take a quick photo even though I was dying for a cup of tea, ha ha.

@gilbertwood It is only minutes from our home so we pass it regularly, it helps to get a nice photo if you pass at just the right time.

@quietpurplehaze Thanks Hazel, winter is the best time for sunsets here.

@happypat It was a beautiful day and so warm for winter. Today we have finally got rain which is also good because it hasn't rained for such a long time.
