I had a treat this morning while I was having my early morning cuppa. I sat in our family room watching a lone lorikeet having a bath, he then waded from one side of the bath to the other like an Olympic swimmer. He did quite a few lengths and then had another bath. He kept me entertained for about 15 minutes before he eventually flew off. He did have a problem with take-off though because he was so wet. I think he definitely deserved a gold medal.
