I have been a bit absent the last couple of days because we have had a busy weekend.
This morning I had a medical appointment in Nelson Bay and took my camera with me because I wanted to take a photo of the recent commissioned street art that has appeared in one of the laneways in the Bay.
I will post photos of it over the next couple of days because the street art is too large and the laneway too narrow to capture all of the work in one photo.
The artist is local graphic design artist Megan Barrass. Megan is based in Shoal Bay and is typically know locally for her Australian themed paintings, along with her bold floral artworks; with a generous use of luscious coloured brush strokes of acrylic paint, onto large scale canvases.
Of course, this section of the artwork includes the camels at Birubi beach, gymea lilies and yellow tailed black cockatoos all of which are well known in this area
@tinley23 Thanks Lesley. Yes I am fine, I just have to have ongoing tests every now and then and the last couple of days I had to have a 24 hour holter monitor because I have irregular heartbeat.
