Day four of my photos taken last week at the eye hospital. After I had the failed trip for a cuppa at the hospital I went back and told David that I was going outside for a bit of a walk around to see if there were more photo opportunities to be had.
He had just had all his tests and was then waiting to see the doctor.
I wandered outside but the hospital is in quite a built up area so not much in the way of photo opportunities. I did see some interesting flowers around the car park and spotted this little beauty.
I am not very well up on flowers so maybe someone can identify it for me. Maybe Julia @julzmaioro can help.
Diana and Annie have just identified it for me and it is a Gaura (whirling butterfly) Thanks.
@ludwigsdiana Is correct.. Gaura commonly called Butterfly bush though also seen Beebush.. comes in white a two or three shades of pink.. pretty how they sway in the breeze..
@julzmaioro Thanks Julia. I can see how it got the name butterfly bush. Never seen this plant before
