Today's street art is on Parry Street in Newcastle and is the work of street artist Deams and was part of the 2014 Hit the Bricks Festival.

Deams is a Melbourne based designer and artist who renders clean, geometric patterns and subjects with strong colour and clean precision. He is part of Melbourne’s celebrated AWOL Crew.
He works as a graphic designer, art director, interior designer, painter, graffiti artist and DJ

@annied It is at 61 Parry Street in Newcastle, so if you check it out on Google maps you can see for yourself what it looked like before it was tarted up.

@annied Oops, I am not supposed to say that. I think the word should be embellished. David "embellishes" old photos for friends in Photoshop and I usually say he has tarted them up. Get a smack on the wrist for that. ha ha.
