Its easy to take things for granted! Thanks to you and this sight my eyes and heart are kept open!
Believe it or not, before I started 365, I would get so caught up in work and filling my days with errands that I would let the whole year go by with just a few visits to our coastline! It blows me away how many gorgeous sunsets I've missed and beautiful views over the Pacific! That's not even mentioning the little things! Thank you 365!
I went out today to try my hand at my "push" challenge, street photography! Its not so easy to come up with an interesting shot! I'll post today's shot later tonight but I'm not giving up, @northy !
@bdb3471 No, This was just after sunset. All I have a ND4 which is kinda useless. Too light for daytime and too dark for sunset shots! I need to step up to a 10!
I'm with you. I see things so differently now and I know in a year I will see things even more different thanks to photography. Gorgeous shot, the water has an eerie feeling to it

this is lovely! there is something about the light that is truly magical... and who can resist long exposure water shots... all that wonderful silkiness! (but yeah.. still looking for the street grit ;p)
Fantastic long exposure! Isn't it amazing how 365 opens ones eyes and we see things we probably wouldn't have noticed before. I look at things from a totally different aspect now!

this is amazing, lovely processing and colours - and it's interesting I find street shots relatively easy, but am so far from the sea I can't remember when I last went. 365 kept me sane around some very busy times last year because it forced me out to find a shot and open my mind too
OMG. How have you got this amazing effect with the water, or was it just the 10sec exposure that did it, because mine never come out like this! It is almost ghost like!
hooley dooley....what a shot!!! this is as Amelie said....magical! Fave of course. I too believe i see everything around me in a totally different light since starting this project, and feel i want everyone else to know what they are missing, lol!!
Stunning shot Jerry. Love the softness of the water against the rugged coast line! I'm not great at finding time at the moment, that's why it's mostly sunrises and sunsets - but I'm trying, and think I'm getting better at making time for myself and 365!
