This is Jack. My "get pushed" challenge was from @38mm Jase to find some one interesting and find out a little about them and take a portrait. Jack was his name and that's all I found out about this gentleman until I asked for a portrait...that's when the fun started! He didn't seem to want his picture taken, but I wasn't sure! I have a little evil side and I love to instigate... >:o)
I hope the person who has the challenge this week to post a photo with emotion sees this. Such powerful feeling here. I am hoping that he was just an awesome find for you and that you didn't have to run for your cameras life.
Very raw. I admire your bravery! I think what I like the most is that I DON'T know anything about Jack, but the look of his hand, and his ring, allow me to conjure up my own story for him. And isn't that half the fun of photography?
I love the expression on this mans face. There's something about the questioning look he is giving... Like he wanted to have his picture taken and didnt, at the same time. Perfectly shot! Love the placement of his hand.
awesome street shot.....a FAV! way to capture that delicate dance we do with strangers when we've got a camera in our hand and a mission to accomplish! i love LOVE the gritty detail on this guy's hand.
HAHAHA. he looks like a guy that would give you this kind of shot. i give you props for trying tho....i couldnt do it. i am WAY TO SHY for this kind of stuff. the shot is still really kewl though!
