This isn't really my home but I really love this house! There is a street in Old Town that has these great houses they have picked up from other locations and put them here for people to enjoy! I love taking a stroll looking at all the great details that were used in architecture back then!
Thank you all for the big response to the ons5! This is my architecture pic for day #1! Now my off to see your great pics! :)

@tigerdreamer Its not too late, Karen! Go snap a shot of your door or something! :o) I've been using layers to combine two of the same shot processed differently! if that makes any sense!
Beautiful home...looks very much like one of our lovely homes .. that is actually a museum in a beautiful park. Same style. Must have been quite an undertaking to move those lovely large homes. Nice that they kept the integrity of the home and most probably the neighborhood as well. I did submit one to the ons5 today. Didn't know about it but was suggested by a couple of others. Fun!
What a great house...I love its colour and entrance. Thanks for starting up the challenge again. Here's a strange question for you... I'm in need of a house/condo that would sleep 8 people in San Diego March 25-28. You wouldn't happen to know of anyone who has a short term rental??
How delightful! One wonders how anybody can fit into them! Thanks for the ONS, I have found the short time gives me far more incentive to get out there and do something than what a whole month of words does. Just what I needed!
This is a wonderful old house Gerry. I notice Lara's comment about it looking like the house from the TV show "Charmed", this was my first thought also. It looks like it belongs in San Francisco. @rah02
Such a cute house. It is a classic example of the type of house I see in American movies and shows...when I was younger I thought you all lived in these interesting houses lol
What a great house - I love these, particularly as we don't really get them in the UK. Thanks for organising this ONS - I joined in late as I was away when you posted it but there's some good ones in there so I'm looking forwards to doing most of them!
Isn't that Victorian era? I wish (some times) that I had a house something like this. I could live in any style I think and like it....modern, minimalist, antique..
What are you doing to your pictures lately? They have a definite look, but I can't identify what it is.
Love your processing.
