I didn't ask him to sit there. He went over to the rock, climbed on it and just sat there, watching the water pass by or whatever he was seeing. After a while he said to my dad, 'is mooi', Dutch for, 'it's beautiful'.
We then continued our 'bramble eating' walk. There were loads of brambles along the track, so we didn't really come far, but we all had full bellies at the end.
@overalvandaan wow, geweldig zoals kinderen dat kunnen. En moedig van jou. Wij zijn een keer op vakantie geweest en ik kon er niet echt iets van de taal maken. Het is al zo'n oude keltische taal, mooi als je dat kan leren.
@tstb hij is pas drie en spreekt het nog niet (Welsh), maar begrijpt al wel wat woorden. Ik vind het een moeilijke taal, en moet eigenlijk een cursus gaan volgen (maar waar haal ik de tijd vandaan?!) om het echt te leren spreken.
