I would have liked it to have been renovated and used for creative use (small workspaces for artists and/or for the local community to go to for creative things) but it's sold and will probably be demolished.
A wonderful façade , but how sad to see it go -- I remember sitting in its cosy interior when on hols in Porthmadog on one wet summer's evening a few years back !!
