I had an idea of a challenge for you, and then I read your trials and tribulations in trying to do a smoke shot and that made me wonder... How about pretending as though your kids are your clients and ask them for explicit instructions of what to shoot and how? Will that work for you? Someone gave me this challenge a couple of years ago and none of my boys w old cooperate, but maybe you'll have a different outcome....
