In my element by overalvandaan

In my element

Mountains, trees, being outside in nature!

Dawn Louise challenged me to do a portrait using double exposure.
@not_left_handed and another one :-)

Nice effect! Good job!

Another good one... I must try double exposures in camera.. more satisfying than in processing I'm sure.

I saw your other one first - I like this one even better! You stepped up to the challenge quite nicely. And as David mentioned, doing it in-camera makes it "more". *applause*

Love it. Can you do double exposure n your camera, or did you blend two photos together in post processing?
February 28th, 2017
@suesouthwood hi Sue, I can do it in camera, my Nikon has a 'multi exposure' function. I really love using this, experimenting with lines, curves, textures. You've got more control of course if you do it in post processing, but I kind of like the 'non controlling bit'.

Sue
Well I really like what you have done. I don't have the facility to do it in my camera, but it's on my list to try the effect
February 28th, 2017
@suesouthwood you are ACE member and have access to Pic Monkey. There is an option there under textures, to add your own. Or under Overlays to add your own. Both a way of layering and with a little control (like opacity, blend modes etc.).

De duinen zijn afgezet met prikkeldraad. Daar kun je dus niet in. Maar zo hier en daar is het wel eens stuk.
Mooi bewerkt selfie.
