I spent some time removing this vine from one of my gardens today. It is choking out everything it comes in contact with. It grows so fast. It resembles a summer grape vine, but I have never seen any fruit on it. Removing the root is always a challenge, and a good work out. I never seem to be able to get it all, and it grows back every year.
A lovely capture. It's the greenbriar that chokes out around here and if it comes to a choice between honeysuckle or the wild rose vine - the honeysuckle has to go.
