24th January 2015 - Flooded field

We went for a walk along the Embankment today as it was lovely and sunny - there was a cold wind blowing but not too bad. I liked the reflection of the old flour mill in the flood water in the field alongside the river.

Many thanks for your comments on my daffodil shots yesterday.
Love your composition, excellent shot!

Great shot

The reflections make the shot for me -- really lovely, with the greens breaking them up. I might have cropped down from the top and in from the right so the building/reflections were not quite so centered.

Fabulous shot Pam. Love the reflections but also the way they are broken up by the grass in the water.

Great puddle reflections of this mighty building - an old flour mill?

@maggiemae The old flour mill is disused now and they have built a new one behind the existing one. The building is just left empty except for pigeons going in and out of the broken windows. So sad to see it falling down.
