One of the old boats just left to rot on the beach at Dungeness. The fishing boats still work off this coast but there is an abandoned air about the place. I am annoyed I forgot to take out my wide angle lens to get a shot of the whole landscape.

nicely composed Pam, I was interested to read about the area in one of your other boats. I bet it's a photographer's heaven with all those abandoned boats.
Like @taffy, I find something quite unsettling about this shot. Maybe I've been watching too many episodes of Vera? The shot invokes a very sad nuance of obsolescence and irrelevance to modernity.
