This is another one of the orchids from the "end of season table" at the garden centre. It says Cattileya 2+ Flower on the lable and was originally £17.99 and under the seasonal clearance I bought it for £2. It has had two buds on it for a few weeks and I have kept watch waiting to see what the flower was like. Different again from most of my orchids but very pretty!! I do love a bargain!! LOL!!

Many thanks for all your great comments on yesterdays shots but especially for all your good wishes. You really are a wonderful group!! Today I decided to ignore the pain and just get on with things - I am so fed up just sitting!! I took Finlay to have a haircut and he looks so much neater!! I also took Finlay for a walk - the first time since my accident. We went very slowly and it was very cold but I have to say I enjoyed getting out again!! That's it I will not mention my ribs again!! LOL!!
Wonderful orchid, do you collect them? Ribs are very painful if you bruise them, have yoy checked they are not broken? Poor you, get better vibes coming your way
Beautiful orchid at such a bargain price! When we went to Hawaii, we went to an orchid farm and I was amazed at the variety there is!

A fave for me, gorgeous color and clarity. A gorgeous bargain, I love those surprises too. Good to hear you are slowly getting back in the action, I hope it helps to remove some of the stiffness from the fall.
