3rd December 2014 - I wish I spoke Polish!!

We went to the car wash this morning where a team of Polish guys jet wash your cars and then dry and polish it for £6. They do a great job. I was very sneaky and took some photos with my Iphone. Last time I asked if I could take some shots of them at work and I had my SLR. They all said a very loud NO!! Not sure who they thought I was!! LOL!! I thought this capture was interesting - now what is the body language saying to you?

A street photograph for my mentoring group.

Uploaded for my extras album
@taffy @newbank @888rachel @golftragic Just couldn't resist posting this one today for our street photography. Don't worry about comments as I know you are either busy, poorly or on holiday!!

We used to do the same in Farnborough, inside and out of the var for £10 and they did an awesome job - great shot too

6 quid. Bloody hell. It might be more economical shipping our car over there to get it washed

@terryliv It was freezing cold and their hands were red raw - worth every penny!!

Oh dear, someone's getting a telling off! Maybe they are not allowed to do this in the street? Or is it in a proper car wash!

@maggiemae It's a proper car wash. Very good it is too!!

Super candid

Great iPhone image, it's definitely an incredible street photography tool. And I don't remember the last time I asked to take a photo. The subject will always be suspicious if you ask, whereas even if they realize later you took one without asking I've never had the subject actually appear to care. Of course flashing a nice smile helps if or when caught. :D Great stuff, look forward to more!

@icamera thanks for that! Great advice. I think I am catching the street photography bug! I never thought that would happen!

@pamknowler Fabulous! Another photographer bites the street dust! Welcome to the gutter! :D :D :D

Great capture. It does look as though one guy is getting dressed down by the other guy.

"Listen to me ...If I've told you once, I've told you twice..." Great and sneaky candid shot!

...and she tipped me 4 pounds (no pound symbol on my keyboard...guess where I live) You'll be a Paparazzi yet, Pam!

Poor guy on the receiving end -- what a capture! And fun to see you are getting the bug. I have to admit, I enjoyed the few I did and may do some more as life settles down.

What a scream of a shot Pam, I could think of lots of captions for this one!! It's a ripper.

"Your mother can stay outta this!!"

Excellent street candid, wonder what they are talking about as well!

@golftragic I was going to switch to the ipad so I could get the symbol but was too lazy. ££££££££££ Hey, option 3 works. Thanks for the tip. Going crazy now, here's options 2-9. ™£¢∞§¶•ªº Who knew!

@kathiecb My pleasure Kathie, people sharing information is one of the things I really love about 365 and 365ers. Glad I could help. BTW, Shift+Option+8 will get you the ° symbol. I got fed up with typing 'degrees' in recipes and the like until someone told me how to do it.

@golftragic That's helpful too. Cheers
